What if I’ve never needlepointed before?

If you’ve never needlepointed, I’m so glad you’re here. Simply add a Starter Kit to your canvas — it includes all the supplies and tools you’ll need to begin your needlepoint journey. What arrives in my order?

If you ordered a CANVAS ONLY, you’ll receive a hand-painted needlepoint canvas and a needle. If you ordered a CANVAS + STARTER KIT, you’ll receive a hand-painted canvas, needle, DMC threads, project bag, stitch guide, and beginner stitching instructions. Please note: this is not a finished product — it’s a canvas for you to stitch and complete.

How long will my order take?

Every canvas is painted by hand, so each one is truly unique. Standard turnaround is about 14 business days, giving me plenty of time to make sure your design is just right.

What is your refund & return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. We always want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions about your order before or after it is placed, please don’t hesitate to reach out to createdbycaimen@gmail.com

Damages and Issues: please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately at createdbycaimen@gmail.com. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Can I request a custom canvas?

Do you offer shipping?

I offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping (3–5 day delivery) for $5–$10, depending on the size of your order.

What mesh size are your canvases?

All designs are painted on 18-mesh Zweigart mono deluxe canvas unless otherwise noted. If you need a different mesh, feel free to reach out via Custom Order Form for your request.
