While looking for a new hobby (that didn’t include staring at a screen), I picked up needlepoint for the very first time in December 2024, and I was hooked right away.
At first, I wanted to make it feel a little more affordable and approachable—but I quickly fell in love with every part of the process: dreaming up a design, painting the canvas, stitching it together, and seeing it all the way through to finishing.
I started painting canvases for friends and family, and from there it just grew. My goal now is simple: to turn some of my favorite things—whether it’s a place, a memory, or just something that makes me smile—into needlepoint. And I love getting to share that joy with other stitchers (and soon-to-be stitchers!) too.
